Samson's AR loader

Samson's AR loader is an Action Replay based loader that loads a program from a standard GameCube memory card.

Since most memory cards can only be read from/written to by the GameCube itself the loader is, itself, a pre-packaged .dol file that must first be loaded using a different loader.
